Ingredients
- 1/2 small galia melon
- 1/2 small cantaloupe melon
- 1/4 small watermelon
- 6 wooden skewers
- 6 prosciutto slices
- 12 bocconcini, mozzarella pearls, drained
Instructions
- Using a melon baller, scoop out balls from each variety of melon, at least six of each variety.
- Thread onto the skewers along with folded slices of prosciutto and bocconcini bookending each skewer.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
