Summer Fruit Skewers with Prosciutto

Ingredients
  • 1/2 small galia melon
  • 1/2 small cantaloupe melon
  • 1/4 small watermelon
  • 6 wooden skewers
  • 6 prosciutto slices
  • 12 bocconcini, mozzarella pearls, drained
Instructions
  1. Using a melon baller, scoop out balls from each variety of melon, at least six of each variety.
  2. Thread onto the skewers along with folded slices of prosciutto and bocconcini bookending each skewer.
  3. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
